Mission
The sole purpose of Christmas Storybook Land is to give people of all ages something to enjoy during the Christmas season that is FREE and non-commercial.
Our display is open generally the first full two weeks and weekends of December.
Hours are:
Mon - Fri evenings 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am to 8:30 pm
In addition we are open during the first week during the day for school children and seniors tours.
We provide a simulated walk through a Christmas lighted forest where you can view a large number of scaled down scenes of Mother Goose rhyme characters, fairy tale characters, and family movie characters, some of which are animated. In addition there are two huge train displays, and a Victorian Village and Main Street. At the end of your walk, you reach the North Pole and can visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Through the year, we have nearly 400 volunteers and 60 sponsors that help to make our show the success it is.
In 2010 we had over 25,000 visitors, 4000 children on four School Tour Days, and over 400 seniors on Senior Citizens Day. We typically have 85 displays for people to view.
Our venue is free but we do ask people to bring a non-perishable food donation which we then give to FISH. In 2011 we collected 21,700 non-perishable food items.

Come on back and visit soon.
